ZUTOMAYO (Zutto Mayonaka de Iinoni.) surprise-released a new song, 'akanesasu' (Japanese title: Akanesasu Koro), on October 8, together with its music video. The song is the theme for the band's solo concerts 'LEGACY ZOMBIE LABO Bunka Denrai, Nara Heijo-kyo,' taking place October 10 and 11 at Heijo Palace Historical Park in Nara.

The release and the shows

The video was made by TV▽CHANY, the team behind many of ZUTOMAYO's past videos. The song and video arrived without notice, two days before the shows.

The Nara concerts follow the band's 'ZOMBIE CRAB LABO' arena tour of Japan and Asia. More than 50,000 people are expected over the two days, making it ZUTOMAYO's largest solo event, and it is the first large-scale outdoor music concert ever held at the Heijo Palace site. Shows start at 5:30 p.m., and a festival area with local food stalls, crafts and workshops runs alongside.

From the BRUSH MUSIC editors

An eighth-century capital as the stage, with the local community building a full-day festival around it. For a band that has already toured across Asia, setting a concert inside Japanese history itself makes a striking picture for fans abroad. Start with the new video before the weekend.
